How Your Plan Works

1. Schedule Your First Visit
We begin with a comprehensive visual assessment of your home and complete the seasonal maintenance scheduled for that visit.

2. Receive Your Home Maintenance Plan
We document our findings, identify maintenance priorities, and recommend repairs or services that may need attention.

3. Continue With Seasonal Visits
We return three more times throughout the year to complete seasonally appropriate preventive maintenance.

Choose quarterly payments or save by paying for the year in full. Quarterly plans have no long-term contract—you may cancel before your next payment.

Seasonal Maintenance Throughout the Year

Your home’s maintenance needs change with the seasons. Each visit focuses on timely preventive care based on the season, your home’s condition, accessibility, safety, and plan level. Explore examples of the tasks we complete throughout the year. Tasks rotate by season, and not every task is performed during every visit.

• Inspect and adjust accessible weather stripping

• Lubricate accessible garage door components

• Adjust up to four cabinet doors or drawers

• Seal minor accessible exterior wall cracks

Tasks shown are examples and are not an exhaustive list. Services vary by season, home condition, accessibility, safety, and plan level. Standard caulk and weatherstripping are included within the stated seasonal limits. Customer-provided items, specialty materials, replacement parts, and materials beyond those limits are billed separately with approval.
